ECU bats were hot, I was freezing

The ECU Club baseball series originally slated to be played in Wilmington was moved to Gvegas. The series is being play at JH Rose High School. It’s no secret that I REALLY dislike shooting at this field, but I overlooked this to see some old friends and shoot some NCBA conference baseball.

The field conditions were typical JH Rose. The weather, well, let me tell you about the weather. The sky was mostly sunny, temperatures hovered in the high 40’s, and there was a constant, 12-16mph NW wind that brought a bone chilling cold from which I could not hide.

Despite the cold, I enjoyed another day of ECU baseball. ECU took the game in 7 complete innings 18-1 (thank you for the short game).

I plan to shoot the two 7-inning games tomorrow Sunday March 1, so stayed tuned.

I’ll start editing and posting pics starting the first of next week when I get back home.

Remember, that it will generally take me several weeks before I’ve posted a large selection of photos from any game (time depends on my shooting schedule) – send me and email if you’d like me to post certain photos. Without guidance as to what you’d like to see I generally post a somewhat “random” selection of action plays and field “activities.”
