This photo is, as the photogs say, SOC, or straight out of camera. No photoshop, cloning (or clowning), or composite was applied.
Now, I’m no MD but I don’t think the elbow/arm is suppose to do that. Unless you were employed by the Barnum and Bailey Circus of course.
One of the most fascinating things about shooting pitchers is to see all the incredible distortion and forces at play during the single act of throwing a pitch.
