March 14: Sorry for the delay in posting.
It’s been several days since my last post. Thing is, I actually have a life outside of shooting photography and sometimes things happen and keep me away.
In her memory, I will share that I lost my mother in-law last week. She was absolutely a great person and that took a lot out of me. I had trouble sleeping and wasn’t’t feeling great so I missed shooting the local high schools final lacrosse games. Both the girls and boys teams ended the season undefeated.
Then Friday rolled around and I got my second Covid-19 shot – yea, hope to travel soon and shoot other things! Although I was planning to shoot the football game that night I was once again feeling yucky and missed it. Fortunately, friend and fellow photographer Wright (the strange guy in some of these studio shoots) was able to shoot the games and even more for the players and families.
The lacrosse teams play here at home this Monday for round one of the playoffs. I’m feeling more like my old self so hope to be back out there shooting sports.
Until next post be safe, be kind, and remember, no matter how important sports seem it’s best to pay attention to other things in your life because the games are just that – games.
Please subscribe to the blog if you’d like to continue with me and get an entertaining sports story each day. Also, please comment and let’s get some conversations going.
